If you are tired of wasting your time flying through a major airline, then charter jets are the way to go. When you take an air charter, you get to create your own schedule so that you can get to your destination promptly and comfortably. If you’re taking a short to mid-length flight, the smaller planes or jets can also access smaller airports that are closer to where you need to go.
Some of the smaller charter planes are very economical and are perfect for short flights with little luggage. There are piston-prop single or multi-engine planes that are much less expensive than jets. A turboprop aircraft combines the low cost of a piston aircraft, but has some of the features and comforts similar to a light jet.
A light or midsize jet can accommodate 4-9 passengers on a short to mid-range trip. A midsize jet can travel further and faster, plus it can be more comfortable than a light jet. Many midsize jets will also have external baggage storage for larger, bulkier items like skis or golf clubs.
For longer flights you can choose heavy charter jets, turboprop airliners, or jet airliners. These planes have much larger cabin space for more passengers, or can be equipped with many amenities smaller planes won’t have. The largest jet airliners can have features such as a gym, shower, meeting room, study, and many other luxurious appointments.
